How RecruitRank helps Candidates
RecruitRank was created as a direct result of feedback from candidates.
Jobsite's research told them that candidates don't like looking for a job - and often find the process of dealing with recruitment agencies frustrating. Jobsite's aim has always been to try and make finding the right job for the individual as simple and pain free as possible, so they introduced RecruitRank as a means of giving candidates a voice - and a means of making things better.
RecruitRank allows candidates to tell agencies about their experiences - and express the standards they expect when looking for a job. One of the biggest frustrations is the feeling that no-one is listening to them. Jobsite is listening. Through RecruitRank Jobsite proactively pass their comments back to recruitment agencies - anonymously.
How does it work?
In the weeks following an application to an agency vacancy made via Jobsite, candidates are sent an email inviting them to leave honest feedback on their experience of working with that agency. They are asked four questions:
- What's your overall impression of the agency?
- Did they maintain contact and keep you updated on your progress?
- Did they understand what you need from a job?
- Did they understand the industry you work in?
These questions are answered using a scale of 1 to 5 (1 being Poor and 5 being Excellent). If they have any other particular comments they'd like to make, there is extra space to do so. This can be very valuable to clients as it helps them to further understand the candidates scoring of them. All feedback is anonymous and so candidates needn't fear any repercussions.
Through candidates providing constructive feedback to recruitment agencies, RecruitRank can play a significant part in making the whole recruitment process a positive experience for candidates, agencies and employers alike.
